We strive off of creativity to keep you entertained! Every day is different! All camps consist of 45 mins of high interval intensity training. You’ll start with a 6 minute dynamic warmup to prepare for what’s to come; Then you’ll beast your way through a 30 minute workout which may include: (Strength, Plyometrics, Balance, Core, and Metabolic Training) and end with a 4 minute finisher which includes stretching. Don’t worry! Our trainers will motivate and push you through every rep.
